Acute exacerbation of interstitial lung disease

Typical UIP:

Now the patient presents with acute exacerbation of shortness of breath. Current CT shows diffuse ground glass opacification, suggestive of exacerbation of interstitial lung disease.

 

Romanus lesion of ankylosing spondylitis

Shiny corner or Romanus lesion is one of the early signs of ankylosing spondylitis.

Asbestosis

Calcified pleural plaques, bilateral honey combing = asbestosis

TMJ - rheumatoid arthritis and disc displacement
