Loose skin fold

Loose skin fold mimicking a large pneumothorax. CT is entirely normal.

Now the patient presents with acute exacerbation of shortness of breath. Current CT shows diffuse ground glass opacification, suggestive of exacerbation of interstitial lung disease.
