Right obturator externus bursitis. Usually they communicate with the hip joint.

Now the patient presents with acute exacerbation of shortness of breath. Current CT shows diffuse ground glass opacification, suggestive of exacerbation of interstitial lung disease.

Known rheumatoid arthritis, showing erosions of the mandibular condyle (see arrow) and crumpled completely anteriorly displaced disc (see arrow). No recapture was shown on open mouth image.
