Intracranial haemorrhage

Despite trauma (scalp haematoma), the bleed likely to be hypertensive. Putamen is the commonest site for hypertensive haemorrhage. Basal ganglionic bleed, in absence of other intracranial haemorrhage, is unlikely to be traumatic.
